Location: Remote (India)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: ₹300,000 – ₹500,000 per year + performance bonus

About the Role

A leading global property management company is seeking a highly skilled and articulate Client-Facing Accountant to join our remote team. Candidates with experience in real estate or property management accounting are strongly preferred. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will regularly interact with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary accounting point of contact for real estate clients.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries related to invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies or client concerns with a client-first mindset.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Uphold a high standard of client satisfaction and professional support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (must-have).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management accounting is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with AppFolio or Buildium is a plus.
  • Computer-savvy with the ability to manage multiple digital tools.
  • Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps, unlimited data).
