Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on warm calling techniques to maximize engagement
  • Present and promote our services with clarity and enthusiasm
  • A highly effective, direct B2B strategy to secure commercial cleaning contracts by connecting directly with decision-makers
  • Key approaches include targeted cold calling to local businesses (offices, schools) to schedule site walkthroughs, handling objections, and building rapport to stand out in a crowded market.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines if applicable.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on campaigns and nurture leads into business opportunities
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Develop business relationships through consistent follow-up calls, fostering trust and loyalty in B2B sales environments

Experience

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on Commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and conducting telemarketing campaigns within a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of customer service principles combined with a proactive approach to business development
  • Previous exposure to marketing strategies and inside sales techniques that drive results
